Remote Operations Generalist (India) — Remote, Full-Time

Remote Operations Generalists keep day-to-day workflows running for AI/ML data operations—coordinating intake, routing, production, QA evaluation, and delivery so labeling, RLHF, and content safety pipelines run on time with consistent quality.

What You Will Do

Own queue operations: intake, triage, assignment, and escalation across projects
Maintain and improve SOPs, playbooks, and annotation guideline compliance checks
Track KPIs (throughput, cycle time, SLA/SLO adherence, QA pass rate, rework rate) and publish weekly reporting
Coordinate with project leads, QA reviewers, and workforce partners to hit delivery timelines
Support quality loops: sampling plans, defect taxonomy, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
Run stakeholder updates, risks/issues logs, and change management for shifting requirements

Required Qualifications

Mid-Senior experience in operations,



program coordination, or delivery management for remote teams
Experience with ticketing/queue systems and structured reporting
Strong written communication for distributed stakeholders
Comfort working with high-volume production tasks and QA processes

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting data labeling, QA evaluation, or content review operations
Familiarity with RLHF workflows, prompt evaluation, or LLM evaluation concepts
Vendor management, workforce planning, and capacity forecasting experience
Process improvement and metrics design (continuous improvement)
