About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Intern who can actively bring in clients, make outbound calls, pitch our services, and help grow Bitsparx’s business pipeline. This role is for someone who enjoys communication, understands customer needs, and can turn conversations into conversions.
Key Responsibilities
• Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Pitch Bitsparx’s services clearly and confidently
• Convert leads into paying clients
• Build and manage a lead database
• Develop simple sales strategies to attract more business
• Follow up with prospects and close deals
• Support marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives
What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable making cold calls and client conversations
• Interest in sales, marketing, and business growth
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Basic understanding of digital services is a plus
