What you'll own:
Own the annual events calendar spanning B2C activations (consumer launches, community events, brand experiences) and B2B events (industry conferences, partner summits, trade shows)
Lead end-to-end event execution, venue identification, vendor management, logistics, on-ground coordination, and post-event wrap-ups
Work with brand and creative teams to ensure all event experiences are on-brand and deliver a consistent audience experience
Partner with growth and product marketing teams to align events with acquisition, engagement, or launch goals
Manage event budgets, plan, track, and optimize spends across multiple simultaneous events without overshooting allocations
Identify and manage external agencies, vendors, and production partners, negotiate contracts and hold them accountable to timelines and quality
Define and track success metrics for each event (footfall, leads generated, brand sentiment, media coverage, ROI) and report outcomes to stakeholders
Build scalable event playbooks, checklists, and SOPs so execution quality is consistent regardless of event size
Stay current on event trends, formats, and technology (hybrid events, experiential activations, event-tech platforms)
Who you are:
5–8 years of experience in event marketing, with hands-on ownership of B2C events
Proven track record of managing large-scale events independently from planning through on-ground delivery
Strong vendor and agency management experience, to negotiate, brief
