Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Associate – Tendering Executive to support our Tendering team in identifying, preparing, and submitting commercial and technical bids. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

1.Tender Identification & Monitoring
•Track and monitor tender opportunities from various portals and sources.
•Maintain a calendar of tender submission deadlines and key milestones.
•Ensure timely preparation and submission of bids.

2.Documentation & Bid Preparation
•Compile, organize, and verify all legal, financial, technical, and commercial documents required for tender submissions.
•Prepare bid documentation in accordance with tender requirements and company standards.
•Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and submitted within stipulated timelines.

3.Coordination & Communication
•Coordinate with internal teams, Architects, Vendors,



and Clients to gather required information and documents.
•Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of bid-related activities.
•Facilitate smooth communication between departments during the tendering process.

4.Tender Compliance
•Review Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and tender documents thoroughly.
•Ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and submission requirements.
•Highlight potential risks, deviations, or gaps in tender requirements.

5.Record Management & Reporting
•Maintain an organized database of submitted tenders, ongoing bids, and historical pricing records.
•Generate reports and maintain records for future reference and audit purposes.
•Support management with tender status updates and documentation tracking.

Qualifications & Experience
•Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
•1–3 years of relevant experience in tenderin
