Role Overview & Core Responsibilities
As a Political Analyst at Kamakhya, you will be the strategic and analytical anchor driving data intelligence across designated territories. You will bridge the gap between raw data and real-world politics, transforming complex numbers into insights and winning strategies.
In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end data synthesis, strategic reporting, and operational coordination.
Narrative Tracking & Fast-Response Surveys: Monitor high-impact national events and unfolding political happenings. Rapidly design, deploy, and analyse CATI & CAPI surveys to deliver real-time strategic briefs to leadership, state heads, and clients
Data Synthesis & 'Connecting the Dots': Review and digest massive volumes of survey reports. Look past the raw percentages to synthesise fragmented data points, cross-referencing statistics with ground-level intelligence to uncover
