Role Description The Sales Executive role at CHILL DELI is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru North. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities with event planners, corporate clients, and retail partners, while maintaining robust relationships with existing customers. Daily responsibilities include prospecting leads, presenting product offerings, negotiating pricing and terms, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.



The role also involves coordinating with production and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment, tracking sales performance, and providing feedback on customer preferences and market trends. The Sales Executive will represent CHILL DELI at local events and meetings, support promotional activities, and contribute to revenue growth and brand visibility.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to manage a complete sales cycle.
Customer relationship management skills, including client servicing, follow-up, and retention strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with clear spoken and written English; regional language proficiency is an advantage.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, orders, and deadlines efficiently.
Basic understanding of retail, F&B;, or event sales, with the ability to learn product details quickly.
Comfort with using spreadsheets, CRM tools
