Candidates who have completed their education in either B.Tech/ B.E in Civil Engineering with at least 1+ years of experience or have completed their graduation or post-graduation from NICMAR University is preferred.

Candidate will work directly with the CXO.

Responsible for Business Development & Land Acquisition
Source and evaluate deals with various engagement models (Outright purchase, JV/JD, Development management etc.)
Adept and handle end to end property investment/property acquisition including origination, feasibility assessment, valuation, negotiation.
Knowledge of deal structuring, due diligence, financial modelling.
Actively involved in deciding the business plan and development strategy for existing and new projects.
