Job Purpose
As a Senior QA Engineer specializing in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), you will own quality assurance for a substantial feature area, complex integration scope, or defined delivery workstream within an established project QA strategy.
You will translate business requirements, solution architecture, Business Manager configuration,



integration contracts, dependencies, and release risks into a balanced, risk-based test approach while remaining hands-on in functional, exploratory, API, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
You will coordinate coverage and dependencies, lead complex investigations, consolidate quality evidence, provide release-risk recommendations to project and client stakeholders, and mentor less-experienced QA engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Own the QA approach, planning, and execution for a substantial SFCC feature area, complex integration scope, or defined delivery workstream.
Analyze business requirements, acceptance criteria, customer journeys, solution architecture, Business Manager configuration, data dependencies, integration contracts, and change impact to identify quality and testability risks early.
