Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete purchase cycle, including vendor coordination, purchase orders, invoice verification, and payment processing.

Maintain accurate bookkeeping records by recording daily financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Prepare and raise customer invoices, monitor outstanding receivables, and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment collection.

Oversee inventory records, track material movement, reconcile stock levels, and maintain accurate inventory reports.

Prepare periodic financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements, cash flow reports, balance sheets, and other management reports to support business decisions.

Manage employee attendance records, maintain payroll-related data.

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure smooth financial operations.

Ensure all statutory records and financial documents are organized and maintained for audits and compliance requirements.

Coordinate with management, vendors,



and clients on financial matters and provide regular updates on outstanding payments and financial performance.

Required Skills & Software Proficiency

Advanced knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, formulas, data validation, and financial reporting.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Gmail for skilled communication and document management.

Excellent bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting skills.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Good communication and follow-up skills with vendors, clients, and internal teams.

Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining financial accuracy.

Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years of relevant accounting experience is required.
