About the Role

Responsible for achieving annual sales targets for the assigned territory through multiple channels including Dealers, Sub-Dealers, Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Institutional Sales.

Responsibilities

Drive specification and project sales to achieve business targets.
Build and manage relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Dealers, Distributors, and key stakeholders.
Generate new business opportunities and drive product specifications.
Conduct site visits, customer meetings, and techno-commercial discussions.
Manage sales cycle,



lead generation, follow-ups, and secondary sales.
Coordinate with distributors and dealers to ensure market growth.
Handle customer queries, complaint resolution, and improve customer experience.
Execute BTL activities and support market development initiatives.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and company processes.
Manage territory performance and stakeholder relationships effectively.

Qualifications

Graduate compulsory and MBA preferred.

Required Skills

Experience in Specification Sales / Project Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Valuable analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
Self-driven, customer-focused, and willing to travel.
Ability to manage territory operations and deliver sales growth.

Pay range and compensation package

CTC: Upto Rs.11 LPA (based on current CTC and experience)
