About The Role

This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with strong end-to-end People Operations experience who is passionate about enhancing both employee experience and operational excellence.

You'll own the complete employee lifecycle, from hire to retire,



while helping scale People Operations through process improvements, automation, AI, and operational rigor. Working closely with leadership, you'll build efficient systems, improve employee experience, and create scalable HR processes that support a rapid-growing global company.

What You Will Do

Own end-to-end People Operations across the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding through exits.
Coordinate pre-boarding activities including documentation, background verification, HRMS record creation, IT provisioning, statutory enrollments, and Day 1 readiness.
Own onboarding programs including induction, buddy assignments, onboarding checklists, and employee enablement.
Maintain HRMS accuracy, employee master data, organization structure updates, and overall system hygiene.
Manage attendance, leave records, biometric data, insurance enrollments, payroll inputs, and recurring HR operationa
