Key Responsibilities
Migrate event ingestion, correlation, and suppression logic from IgniO to KEEP
Configure KEEP for alert deduplication, correlation, and enrichment
Integrate KEEP with monitoring tools and ITSM (ServiceNow
Support testing, cutover, and post‑migration stabilization
Required Skill
Solid hands‑on experience with Ignio/Moongsift/Any event Management tool
Experience with Ignio/Moongsift/Keep or similar event management tool
Solid knowledge of event management, alert correlation, and IT
Experience in tool migration project
