We’re seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer (AI/ML) to join our mission of building a next-generation AI-powered chatbot testing platform. In this role, you’ll design and develop intelligent systems leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and advanced NLP to revolutionize how conversational AI is tested and validated. Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain components of a Generative AI-powered chatbot testing application.
Develop and optimize Python-based APIs and services using Django or Flask.
Collaborate with team members to design system architecture covering NLU, NLG, and dialogue management.
Integrate and experiment with LLMs and other AI/ML models to improve testing accuracy, coverage, and intelligence.
Ensure the performance, scalability, and robustness of backend systems through testing and optimization.
Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into well-engineered features.




Contribute to discussions around technical design, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
Research emerging trends in Generative AI, NLP, and chatbot development, and apply relevant findings to enhance product capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
7+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Python and machine learning.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or similar large-scale AI systems.
Solid experience developing Python APIs using Django and/or Flask.
Valuable understanding of machine learning and NLP concepts such as NLU, NLG, and dialogue systems.
Experience working with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, and writing high-quality, production-ready code.
