We are looking for a Marketing Executive with 4+ years of experience to independently manage day-to-day marketing operations and execute high-impact campaigns across digital channels. This role requires a hands-on marketing qualified who can manage social media, CRM initiatives, marketing automation, and cross-functional campaign execution while ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable working with marketing automation tools, campaign analytics, content creation, and stakeholder management to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Campaign Execution
Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely execution.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve marketing effectiveness.




Manage multiple concurrent campaigns while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Social Media Management
Develop and execute social media calendars across relevant platforms.
Create, publish, and optimize engaging content to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Monitor social media performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
Stay updated with industry trends and identify opportunities to improve social media presence.
CRM & Marketing Automation
Manage CRM campaigns, including email marketing, WhatsApp communication journeys, and customer engagement workflows.
Build and optimize automated customer journeys to improve lead nurturing and customer retention.
Configure lead routing processes and ensure timely lead assignment across sales teams.
Maintain CRM data accuracy and support segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns.
