Ability to drive RICEF developments and functional documentation
Experience in testing, traceability matrix creation, user training, and UAT support




Exposure to working with onsite/offshore teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Work as part of the Finance/SAP FICA team
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Configure and deliver SAP FICA solutions aligned to business needs
Collaborate with developers for technical enhancements and integrations
Support testing, training, and deployment activities
Coordinate effectively with business users and global teams
Ensure successful delivery through teamwork and proactive problem-solving
