Project documentation and administration

• Maintain contract documents including drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, transmittals,
change orders, and meeting minutes.
• Assist with filing and document control; update project logs such as submittal logs, RFI logs, PCO
logs, and punch lists.
• Prepare basic project reports and meeting preparation materials, including agendas and
meeting minutes.
• Help track work against the project schedule by noting completed activities, delays, and
constraints.
• Learn to read and understand contract documents, including drawings, specifications, and
submittals.
• Attend coordination meetings with trades, consultants, and client representatives to observe
and support project communica
