We are looking for:
An experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for business units and functions across India and the wider APAC region.
This is a hands-on recruitment and advisory role with direct accountability for sourcing, attracting, assessing and closing high-quality talent. You will support a diverse portfolio that may include commercial, corporate, industrial, Research & Innovation, digital and IT positions.
You will work closely with hiring managers,



HR teams and regional stakeholders, combining strong sourcing expertise, local market knowledge and recruitment data to deliver an effective and consistent hiring experience.

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing strategy through assessment, offer negotiation and candidate closure
Conduct screening calls and structured, competency-based interviews
Manage multiple recruitment priorities across functions, countries and seniority levels

Maintain momentum throughout the process and proactively address delivery risks or delays
