Role Summary
Lead engineering teams delivering enterprise Finance products, driving solution architecture, technical delivery, customer engagement, and product innovation using Java, Oracle PL/SQL, and Microservices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor 10–15 engineers delivering finance product enhancements and implementations.
Manage multiple client engagements and ensure quality delivery.
Design scalable solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Oracle PL/SQL.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA and customers.
Drive architecture, database design and integrations.
Promote Agile best practices and engineering excellence.
