Brief Description about the role: The Electrification Core engineering team requires experienced power electronics system engineers to apply best in class design & analysis skills and derive system specifications, requirements for delivering Jaguar Land Rover's in-house electronic design, charging system for PHEV & BEV. Objective is to deliver levels of reliability and robustness exceeding anything that we have seen before.

Skills, experience and qualifications:
Essential:
Bachelor, master’s degree in electrical/electronic/instrumentation/computer engineering
Proven understanding of power electronics switching,



Battery, charging modules hardware and software algorithms.
Minimum 10 years of industry experience in Realtime Embedded software architecture validation for QM and High Integrity software
Extensive experience in AUTOSAR and Non-AUTOSAR compliant software development delivery through technical teams
Extensive experience in planning and prioritization of software architecture integration tests and stakeholder management (Product Owner)
Experience in Software architecture validation environments (Ex: vECU/ VT system/Bench Rigs)
Hands-on experience in software integration testing and maintaining the platform stability.
Proficiency in requirements definition and requirements management tooling (TRM or similar)
Experience of model-based systems engineering tools and techniques (ideally CATIA Magic Systems)
Understanding of systems engineering “V” life cycle, working experience with ASPICE proces
