Job Purpose:
As Product Manager for Royal Enfield Genuine Motorcycle Accessories (Accessories ), you will be part of the Global Commercial Organization and report to the Team Manager - Product Strategy, Accessories. In this role, you will be considered the ‘driving force’ behind the product portfolio, the Accessories brand and its product roadmap (incl Next Gen), analyzing market and competitive conditions, customer trends and layout a complete strategy that delivers to all customer demands. Your role will span many activities from strategic to tactical and ensure cross-functional communication both in written and visual, bridging gaps within the company between different functions; most notably engineering-oriented teams, sales & marketing as well as other supporting functions. This will be achieved by means of controlled product documentation and robust verbal dissemination throughout the business. You will guide the downstream teams to deliver a product portfolio that is aspirational for consumers and meets the commercial targets laid out by the business.

Customer and Market Insights:
Conduct primary and secondary research to understand rider needs, accessory usage patterns, purchase drivers, unmet needs and ownership experiences across assigned motorcycle platforms.
Gather and synthesize Voice of Customer (VOC) inputs from riders, dealers, ride communities, social media channels and field observations to support product strategy decisions.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities for portfolio growth.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive competitive product database covering OEM and aftermarket accessory offerings.
