The Banking Support Analyst plays a crucial role in providing reliable support to the Banking team by ensuring the efficient execution of various tasks. Working under the guidance of senior team members, the Banking Support Analyst assists with tasks related to data management, reporting, risk assessment, and compliance. The Analyst is responsible for assisting Investment Banking teams globally by providing foundational support for a wide range of transactions, including capital raises, mergers and acquisitions. The overall objective is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the team by contributing specialized expertise and support across multiple banking functions.
Responsibilities:
Team Support & Task Allocation: This role provides dedicated support to the Banking team. Specific duties, all performed under guidance, focus on effective execution and may include:
Assisting to the preparation of documentation for potential deals, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
Compiling and summarizing data related to client relationships and transaction history,



ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Assisting in the generation of pre-defined reports for market analysis, ensuring timely delivery.
Supporting the development of presentation materials by formatting data and creating visuals.
Assisting in the maintenance of databases related to key contacts and client information, ensuring data integrity.
Contributing to the organization and distribution of market research reports, ensuring efficient dissemination of information.
Assist in the collection, organization, and validation of data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for reporting and analysis.
Contribute to the creation of reports, presentations, and marketing materials for the Banking team, ensuring accuracy and consistency under close supervision.
Assist in maintaining and updating databases related to clients, transactions, market data, and other relevant information.
