Missions/Main Duties
Lead the preparation and review of Master Plans for the Employment Zone and associated development areas.
Develop land use strategies aligned with project objectives, economic growth, and employment generation.
Prepare planning frameworks for industrial, commercial, residential, mixed-use, and public utility development.
Prepare and review detailed layout plans for industrial parks, employment zones, townships, and mixed-use developments.
Develop zoning regulations, development control regulations, and planning guidelines.
