AIA – Agentic AI/Gen AI

The opportunity

EY GDS is seeking a motivated, hands-on, and quality-focused Agentic AI & Generative AI Staff to join our AI team. The ideal candidate will have basic experience in the Banking domain and practical exposure to developing AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI applications. As an Agentic AI & Gen AI Staff, you will support the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of AI-powered solutions across banking processes. The role requires working knowledge of Python, SQL, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, and modern development practices. The candidate should be comfortable collaborating with seniors, managers, architects, data scientists,



and engineering teams to deliver reliable and reusable AI components.

Your key responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI solutions for Banking use cases under the guidance of senior team members and managers.
Convert functional requirements into basic AI components, prompts, APIs, scripts, workflows, and reusable development modules.
Build and enhance LLM-powered features, RAG pipelines, easy AI agents, document processing flows, and automation components.
Work with data scientists, AI engineers, senior developers, and banking domain stakeholders to develop and test AI solution components.
Contribute to banking-focused AI solutions for customer support, document intelligence, onboarding support, KYC/AML assistance, lending support, fraud checks, and operations automation.
Use Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure Function
