Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or equivalent medical qualification (e.g., MBBS, DNB in Critical Care, or equivalent).
Valid license to practice in the relevant medical or nursing council (e.g., NMC, State Nursing Council).
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in critical care, emergency medicine, or intensive care settings.
Proficiency in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), basic life support (BLS), and pediatric advanced life support (PALS) certifications.
Solid understanding of hemodynamics, respiratory physiology, and critical care pharmacology.
Experience with ICU equipment including ventilators, infusion pumps, arterial lines, and cardiac monitors.
Exceptional clinical judgment, multitasking ability, and composure during high-pressure situations.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call rotations.
