We are seeking an experienced Transmission Network Operations Specialist to provide second-line operational support for access transmission networks in a multi-vendor environment supporting both Mobile (UK) and Enterprise (Ireland) networks. This role is responsible for advanced troubleshooting, incident and change management, software and hardware lifecycle activities, vendor management, network optimisation, and implementation of network enhancements. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining service availability, improving network performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting the evolution of transmission networks across a broad range of transport technologies.What you’ll do
