What would you do? A Rebate Analyst is responsible for end to end rebate management, ensuring accurate calculation, validation, accrual, and payment of customer and partner rebates.



The role requires robust analytical capability, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to interpret complex rebate agreements while collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, Pricing, and Legal teams. This role typically aligns to CL9 / CL10 and acts as a subject matter contributor, handling complex cases independently and supporting junior analysts. Experience & Education • 3–6 years of experience in Rebate Management, Sales Operations, Pricing, or Financial Operations. • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
