We design and activate lifecycle journeys and campaigns within our MarTech platforms, partnering closely with Marketing Strategy, Data Science, Product, and Engineering to translate business objectives into data-driven solutions. Our team ensures productive, high-quality delivery while maintaining strong standards for audience health, reporting, and operational rigor.

As stewards of our owned channels, we safeguard inbox placement and sender reputation, continuously improve execution frameworks, and introduce new capabilities that enable marketing to scale with consistency and measurable impact.

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Operations Specialist, Audiences, to lead lifecycle journey audience strategy across Zillow’s owned channels. This role serves as a subject matter expert in segmentation, personalization, and journey orchestration, helping define scalable lifecycle frameworks that drive engagement and conversion.
You will own high-impact lifecycle initiatives, translate strategic priorities into data-driven audience architecture, and influence how customer data is leveraged across the marketing ecosystem.
