We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET, ASP.NET Core, Node.js, Azure Cloud, SQL Server, MongoDB, and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, or Employee Perks domains will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using .NET Core/.NET, ASP.NET Core, Node.js, and Azure.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices following industry best practices.
Build and enhance responsive user interfaces using Angular or React.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Lead Engineers, QA Engineers, and fellow developers to understand business requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including SQL Server, MongoDB,



and Cosmos DB.
Implement secure authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, or JWT.
Participate in application design discussions and contribute to architecture and technical decision-making.
Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers by promoting coding standards and best practices.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support automated testing initiatives.
Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and implement continuous improvements.
Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, estimation, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance product quality and engineering practices.
