Job Summary
The Recruiting Specialist Lead serves as a senior member of the Recruiting Specialist organization, acting as a strategic partner to recruiters, recruiting managers, and Talent Acquisition leadership. This individual will work with Adecco to ensure Recruiting Specialists, drive consistency and quality across recruiter partnerships, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and candidate experience, and serve as the primary escalation point for operational and partnership-related challenges.
The ideal candidate combines recruiting delivery expertise, delivery management, stakeholder management, coaching capability, and hands-on recruiting support experience to help scale a high-performing Recruiting Specialist model globally. The shift timings for the role are 3 PM to
