Job Title-Assistant CI Manager - Laundry Powders and Bars

Job Summary:
The role is for the laundry category in South Asia working on Powders and Bars. You will play a key role in shaping the trajectory of 3 of the biggest Unilever brands in Surf, Wheel and Rin, and a regional leader brand in Sunlight.

The role requires working towards keeping the core powder and bar portfolio for these brands solid and flourishing. You will play a key role in shaping the brands, showing the business key growth opportunities and work with a leadership team comprising of Brand Directors, Category and R&D; leads and the CI leadership team.

The growth of these brands is key to ensure a successful home care business for India. The role will require the candidate to find the balance between ensuring strong core functionality and modernizing the brands for today’s consumer. The role covers partnering with both design and deploy stakeholders on the brands as well as R&D;, and driving excellence across 6 P’s to help the brand reach it’s ambition.
