As a Delivery Lead - Oracle Finance - Senior Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for business applications, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of Oracle Financials, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice,



you will leverage your skills and skilled network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Oracle Finance system, which includes managing financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, validate outcomes with clients, and act on client feedback. Your ability to navigate complexity and demonstrate composure through challenging situations will contribute to the success of our firm.
