As a Maintenance Specialist, you play a critical role to reduce downtime, supporting continuous production, and enabling high-speed operation typical in aluminum can manufacturing. The maintenance specialist is a senior-level technician responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production equipment through advanced troubleshooting, precision repair, and maintenance.
This role contributes to major equipment rebuilds, capital projects, and process improvements. This qualified brings deep mechanical expertise, collaborates across shifts and functions,
and helps onboard and upskill other team members through hands-on training and knowledge sharing.
