Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for an Online Bidder – Upwork, Fiverr – Executive. The role involves identifying relevant projects on freelance platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr, preparing tailored proposals, and submitting bids in line with company objectives.

The executive will communicate with potential clients, clarify project requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to accurately represent services and capabilities. Daily tasks include researching market trends, tracking bid performance, updating records and dashboards, and following up on leads to convert opportunities into projects.



The role also includes collaborating with marketing and design teams to refine service offerings and maintain a consistent brand voice in all communications.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills for client interaction, proposal writing, and internal coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to evaluate project requirements, assess bid feasibility, and track performance metrics.
- Candidates should possess effective Research skills to identify suitable projects, understand client needs, and stay informed about market trends.
- Candidates should possess clear and structured Writing skills to create professional proposals, messages, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess Training and self-development skills to continuously improve bidding strategies and platform expertise.
- Experience with Upwork, Fiverr, or similar freelance platforms is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with digital tools, spreadsheets, and CRM or lead-tracking systems is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
