About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Event & 3D Production Designer for a high-priority, 1-week temporary contract. You will not only design the 3D structures and prepare final print/production files, but you will also go on-ground to supervise production at the fabrication workshop and manage execution at the event venue.

If you have a strong eye for detail, deep knowledge of event fabrication, and can bridge the gap between creative design and ground execution, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- 3D Design & Artworks: Create accurate 3D renders and technical production files (print files, scale vectors, stage/booth dimensions) for event elements.
- Production Supervision: Visit the production house/fabrication workshop to ensure all materials, finishes, colors, and dimensions match approved design specifications.
- On-Site Event Supervision: Be present at the event venue during setup/build-up to oversee the installation, ensure design integrity, and address last-minute physical adjustments.
- Quality Assurance: Verify all branding, print quality, scale accuracy, and safety compliance before and during the event build.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Software Expertise:



Proficiency in 3D design software (3ds Max, Maya, Blender, or SketchUp) alongside Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of event fabrication materials (MDF, flex, acrylic, vinyl, metal framing, LED integration, etc.) and print file preparation (bleeds, DPI, CMYK).
- Hands-on Experience: Proven track record of managing production quality at workshops and on-site at event venues.
- Availability: 100% full-time commitment for the 1-week contract period, including travel between workshop and event venue (and potential night shifts during setup).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per week
