About the Role
We are hiring an O&M; Engineer to manage the operation and maintenance of solar power plants while maximizing plant performance and ensuring system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Monitor plant performance through SCADA.
- Troubleshoot inverter and electrical faults.
- Conduct routine inspections.
- Prepare daily generation reports.
- Maintain maintenance records.
- Coordinate with OEMs for technical support.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Improve plant efficiency and uptime.
- Support warranty claims and audits.
