Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview The Okta Level 3 Engineer will be responsible for advanced identity and access management (IAM) operations, integrations, and security enhancements within the enterprise workplace. This role involves handling complex service requests, designing and implementing secure workflows, and ensuring compliance through robust policy enforcement and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Identity & Access Management

- Manage P3 and above identity operations, including lifecycle management and onboarding.
- Implement and maintain role-based access controls (RBAC) and enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- Configure and enforce IAM policies across applications and infrastructure.

Integration & Architecture
- Perform Single Sign-On (SSO) and provisioning integrations for enterprise applications.
- Design and enhance Okta architecture, including custom workflows, connectors, and integrations.
- Collaborate with vendors for complex issue resolution, upgrades, patching, and optimization.

Governance & Compliance




- Monitor and troubleshoot IGA workflows and customize IGA/PAM connectors.
- Execute access certification campaigns and manage new certifications.
- Conduct security hardening, compliance checks, and remediation of Okta vulnerabilities.

Operational Excellence
- Handle P5 service requests and advanced application access beyond L1 scope.
- Generate reports on demand and perform audit and anomaly detection (e.g., PAM session logs).
- Lead incident/problem management, including root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.

Collaboration & Support
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and security teams for seamless operations.
- Provide outage support for application teams and assist in complex troubleshooting.

Advanced Functions
- Implement Okta workflow enhancements and IGA/PAM customizations.
- Manage Identity integrations and other advanced authentication mechanisms.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in Okta Identity Cloud, SSO, IGA, and PAM solutions.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation, custom connector development, and policy enforcement.
- Knowledge of security compliance frameworks and risk management.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis, incident resolution, and vendor coordination.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
