What you become a part of:

You will be part of the Engineering & Maintenance team responsible for ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient operation of all plant and utility equipment. The role focuses on maintaining continuous production support, energy optimization, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

What to expect

- Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance for all plant and utility equipment.
- Ensure uninterrupted utility services during production hours at optimum cost and standards.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules in coordination with user departments.
- Prepare SOPs, equipment qualification protocols, and related documentation.
- Support energy-saving and efficiency improvement projects.
- Operate and maintain boilers and water systems with proper documentation.
- Monitor energy usage (electricity, steam, compressed air, etc.) and implement conservation measures.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, and HR teams for maintenance activities.





Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of plant utilities – boilers, water systems, compressed air, and HVAC.
- Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical documentation.
- Understanding of energy management and cost optimization.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with equipment installation and modification projects.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma / bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical / industrial engineering (or equivalent).
- 5–8 years of experience in plant and utility maintenance (preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry).
- Certification in Boiler Operations / Utility Maintenance (preferred).
- Knowledge of cGMP standards and utility systems.
