Job Title: Odoo Developer

Location: UAE (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Odoo framework, PostgreSQL, and ERP module development, with experience integrating third-party applications and delivering scalable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules.
- Design and implement custom business workflows and applications.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems using REST/XML-RPC/JSON-RPC APIs.
- Develop and customize reports using QWeb.
- Perform Odoo version upgrades and data migration.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements.




- Maintain code quality using Git and follow development best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide production support.

Required Skills

- 5–8 years of experience in Odoo/OpenERP development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Odoo 15/16/17 (latest versions preferred).
- Valuable knowledge of XML, JavaScript, QWeb, HTML, CSS.
- Experience in custom module development and Odoo customization.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON-RPC, XML-RPC, and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of Git, Linux, and Docker is preferred.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with modules such as Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing (MRP), Accounting, HRMS, Payroll, POS, and eCommerce.
- Experience with cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodology.
