We are seeking a dedicated and experienced OET Trainer to join our team in Thiruvalla. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing healthcare professionals to excel in the Occupational English Test (OET), ensuring they achieve the language proficiency required for international opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct OET classes: Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking modules.
- Curriculum development: Design lesson plans, practice materials, and mock tests tailored to student needs.
- Assessment and feedback: Regularly evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and track progress.
- Individual mentoring: Offer personalized guidance to help learners overcome challenges.
- Exam preparation: Conduct practice exams and strategies workshops to boost confidence and readiness.
- Student support:
Motivate and counsel students to maintain focus and achieve their target scores.
- Continuous improvement: Stay updated with OET exam patterns, resources, and teaching methodologies.
- Administrative tasks: Maintain attendance records, progress reports, and coordinate with management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Nursing, or related field.
- Certification in OET/IELTS training preferred.
- Robust command of English language and communication skills.
- Prior experience in OET/IELTS coaching is highly desirable.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students effectively.
