Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) Developer / Consultant to design, develop, customize, and implement enterprise-scale digital banking solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in OBDX development, Oracle FLEXCUBE integration, and modern Java technologies, with the ability to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing digital banking applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and implement Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) solutions.
- Install, configure, and deploy OBDX environments.
- Develop OBDX customizations, extensions, enhancements, and integrations.
- Build and enhance Retail and Corporate Digital Banking journeys using OBDX frameworks.
- Integrate OBDX with Oracle FLEXCUBE, middleware, payment gateways, and third-party applications.
- Develop and consume REST and SOAP web services.
- Troubleshoot production and non-production issues.
- Participate in technical design, effort estimation, code reviews, and solution discussions.
- Support SIT, UAT, production rollout, and post-production stabilization.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital banking solutions.

Required Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience in Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) development, customization, enhancement, installation, and deployment.
- Experience with the OBDX Extensibility Framework and Oracle UI Workbench / UI Extension Toolkit .
- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Oracle Database, PL/SQL, REST/SOAP Web Services, XML, and JSON .
- Experience with Oracle JET, Knockout JS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript , and Bootstrap (preferred).
- Experience integrating Oracle FLEXCUBE , middleware, payment gateways, and third-party applications.
- Experience with Git (or equivalent source control) , CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, etc.) , Oracle WebLogic, Oracle SQL Developer, Postman, and SOAP UI.
- Good understanding of Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, CASA, Payments, Loans, Term Deposits , and Trade Finance .

Good to Have

- Mobile Banking (Android/iOS).
- OAuth2 / API Security.
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- AWS or Azure.
- RabbitMQ / Kafka.
- Payment Engine integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–20 years of relevant experience in Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX).




- Experience working in Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) projects.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Integrating OBDX with core banking systems, payment platforms, and third-party APIs
- Troubleshooting production and non-production issues end-to-end
- Driving code quality through reviews and best-practice adherence
- Collaborating with UI/UX teams to craft and deliver intuitive customer experiences
- Contributing to requirement analysis and solution design

- Experience with the OBDX extensibility framework and Development Workbench

- Familiarity with DevOps tools — Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of retail and corporate digital banking journeys
