top environmental health and safety standards at our Sanand, Gujarat, India

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Conduct workplace hazard identification and risk assessments.
* Manage Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems including Hot Work, Work at Height,
Confined Space Entry, and LOTO.
* Participate in incident, near-miss, and injury investigations and drive
corrective actions.
* Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and compliance assessments.




* Track contractor safety performance and verify alignment with site
requirements.
* Track and report safety benchmarks and leading indicators.
* Conduct EHS inductions and refresher training programs.
* Deliver toolbox talks, safety campaigns, and awareness initiatives.
* Coordinate mock drills for fire, chemical spills, medical emergencies, and
evacuation.
* Review contractor EHS plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
* Support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification and surveillance audits.
* Initiate the PR and track its progress through PO issuance.
* Ensure adherence to local statutory requirements and company EHS standards.
* Support the development of protected work procedures and standard operating
procedures.
* Support in preparation of AI-enabled EHS reports, presentations, and
management dashboards.
* Collaborate with team members, including engineers and maintenance staff, to
find opportunities for system improv
