We are seeking an HRIS Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our team at News Corporation Bangalore location. As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for the seamless functioning of our Workday systems and processes globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day support and maintenance of Workday operations across all global Business Units.
Provide functional and techno-functional support to News Corp's HROPs teams by analyzing and resolving queries raised on different functional areas such as: Core HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Offboarding, Compensation, Time Tracking, Leaves and Absence and Performance Management.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and operational efficiency of HR systems in a quick-paced, matrixed organization.
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of support and work with HROPs and product owners to bring down the operational support and improve user expe
