What would you do? The Sales Administration Analyst is responsible for managing end-to-end sales order and contract administration activities, ensuring timely order processing,



customer communication, delivery coordination, reporting, and issue resolution. The role acts as a key interface between customers, commercial teams, supply chain, finance, and operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment and superior customer experience. Order & Contract Management Customer Service & Query Management Claims & Returns Management Delivery & Logistics Coordination Reporting & Analytics Documentation & Compliance Process of Sales Order validation at Billing stage and setting up of sites, linking technical details & insert charges in to Billing system to initiate Billing for customers.
