About the Role
As a Renewals Operations Specialist, you will provide operational and commercial support to the Renewals Management team,



enabling Renewals Managers to focus on customer engagement, commercial strategy, and negotiations. You will own the operational execution of the renewal process by preparing customer insights, coordinating cross-functional activities, maintaining CRM accuracy, and ensuring every renewal is set up for productive and predictable execution.

Responsibilities
Support the Renewal Lifecycle: Coordinate the operational execution of the renewal process, ensuring opportunities are prepared accurately and progress smoothly from planning through to signature.
Prepare Commercial Readiness: Conduct account research, summarize customer business updates, document stakeholder hierarchies, and prepare renewal briefings to support customer conversations.
Manage Renewal Documentation: Create and maintain digital deal rooms, organize renewal assets, and ensure customer facing materials are complete and up to date.
