About the role
This role will be responsible in managing the NA operation for the branch, Improving brand acceptability by adopting customer centric approach, ensuring branch revenue growth and efficient Channel Management.
Role Responsibilities:
Call Management - Ensuring daily review to improve TAT as per organization expectations. Focus on quality call closure, timely spare parts claim. Timely response to customers.
PM Management - Ensure regular follow up with channels to have 100% PM closure as per defined timeline.




Service Delivery others - SA Master data preparation with timely update to the list. Spare Part Management for branch. Regular customer / Channel Meetings. Sharing of quality issues through quality portal. Analysis of present network and do correction wherever required.
Branch NA Revenue management - Ensure proper tracking of all NA customer SA billing and timely uploading of data in Portal for invoicing. Timely offer submission for SR jobs and ensure close coordination with customer and Channel for completion of SR jobs and sharing required documents with Central commercial team for Invoicing. Creating pipeline for SM jobs, sharing BOQ on time and follow up for order and tracking till invoicing. Focus on timely collection of dues to ensure timely payout to dealers.
Channel Management - Regular reconciliation with dealers on their pending payments. Help Channel with required trainings.
EH&S; - Ensure to follow EH&S; policy of the company and field adoptio
