Job Description:
Position Summary
Crowe is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented qualified to join our growing Tax Transformation team as a Tax Transformation Associate. This individual will support the development of automation tools and data-focused solutions that enable our Tax business unit to work more efficiently and effectively.




The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in data and programming, along with a familiarity with accounting. This is a solution builder role — well suited for someone who thrives on problem-solving, has strong organizational skills, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. A strong willingness to learn and exceptional attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing and building internal tools that streamline processes and improve efficiency across tax teams.
Develop solutions using Excel (advanced formulas, Power Query), APIs, and common programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBA).
Collaborate closely with Tax Transformation managers and other team members to support internal and client-related projects.
