Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant to provide production support for critical business operations and manage P1 and P2 priority incidents. The role requires strong functional expertise in Sales and Distribution (SD), with the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve high-priority issues within defined SLA timelines.




The consultant will work closely with business users, cross-functional teams, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of order-to-cash processes, minimize business disruption, and maintain system stability.

Key Responsibilities
Production Support & Incident Management

Handle P1 and P2 priority tickets related to SAP SD and ensure timely resolution as per SLA.
Perform incident analysis, impact assessment, prioritization, and escalation management.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and recommend preventive actions.
Coordinate with ABAP, BASIS, MM, FI, WM/EWM, and integration teams for issue resolution.
Support business users during critical production issues and provide timely status updates.

Provide support for core SAP SD processes, including:

Sales Order Management
Delivery Processing
Billing and Invoicing
