Training & Development Instructional Design work focuses on developing training curriculum and materials for the general workforce and targeted functional/technical areas including: Analyzing employee learning needs and partnering with subject matter experts and business management to provide input for course content.

Turning information into engaging and interactive online content with a user-friendly
Interface
Designing contemporary learning experience
Developing and editing digital media content for online learning
Supporting the further development of the e-learning platform
Interface with training department to understand the requirements and translate them into training content.
Support the Administration and continuous improvement of the HV Tech Academy




Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background.
Bachelor’s degree in either education/media design/software management/Technical.
4-6 years of relevant experience in developing e-learning contents
Working knowledge of Learning Management Software (LMS) like Articulate, Moodle, etc.
Working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools like Adobe Captivate, iSpring, etc.
Working knowledge of andragogical/pedagogical learning theory and instructional design
Working knowledge of the latest digital learning trends excellent written and oral communication skills creativity and critical thinking.
Knowledge in software development / SharePoint / PowerBI etc are added advantages for this role,.
