What success looks like in this role:
The Senior Analyst, Supplier & Market Intelligence, will partner with Global Procurement Category Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver procurement digital transformation, analytics, market research, supplier intelligence, strategic program support, and eSourcing execution.
This role will support procurement transformation with a robust focus on process improvement, digitization, automation through AI and RPA. The position will help strengthen procurement controls, improve user experience, and support Source-to-Pay process optimization across global teams.
The ideal candidate will bring strong procurement knowledge, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support strategic procurement programs including digital procurement, process transformation, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strengthen procurement governance by maintaining policies, metrics, internal controls,



and audit support in line with enterprise standards.
• Identify improvement opportunities and stakeholder pain points to improve procurement processes, systems, and user experience through AI-enabled solutions, automation, digitization, and best-practice adoption that deliver measurable business impact
• Provide guidance to business stakeholders on procurement processes, policies, systems, and transactions.
• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards to track performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities, process gaps, risks, and improvement areas; present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Conduct market research and supplier intelligence activities to assess supplier capabilities, market conditions, and sourcing opportunities aligned with procurement strategy.
• Manage eSourcing
