Your Impact
As a Test Engineering Leader, you will lead a team of test engineers responsible for developing, validating, and optimizing production test solutions for Cisco's next-generation ASIC and SoC products.
You will:
Lead the development and release of ATE test programs for ASIC/SoC products from NPI through production.
Partner with ASIC Design teams to bring up tests, characterize silicon, and improve test coverage.
Develop and debug test patterns, identify coverage gaps, and implement robust test solutions.
Drive high-volume manufacturing readiness by collaborating with Tier-1 OSAT partners to resolve production test and quality issues.
Lead automation initiatives to improve test efficiency,



quality, and manufacturing scalability.
Analyze yield data, identify failure trends, and drive yield improvement and test time optimization.
Mentor and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Partner with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure successful product launches.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
12+ years of experience in ASIC/SoC NPI, ATE testing, silicon characterization, and production test.
